Purpose of the Distinguished Research Lecturer Panel

The Distinguished Research Lecturer (DRL) Panel reviews and selects the DRL Award recipient from the pool of applicants. The members of this panel are selected for their demonstrated knowledge of the research process and knowledge and skills in research critique, their clinical expertise in chosen specialty area and their ability to work online with Microsoft WORD and EXCEL PC-based files.

Function of the Staff Liaison

The National Office Staff Liaison coordinates and facilitates the work of the group, including on-line communication, preparing documents for any face-to-face meetings and/or conference calls, and providing follow-up information to the group as needed. This individual is your primary contact person for all questions, concerns and work related to your volunteer group assignment.

Workload and timeline

DRL nominations and applications will be placed on the research database. Applications will be reviewed and selection made in February.
