Purpose and Charge of the ECCO 2.0 Module Pilot Test Group

The charge of an ECCO 2.0 Module pilot tester is to complete an individual module of the revised Essentials of Critical Care Orientation e-learning course and record the amount of time it takes to complete it. This allows AACN to validate the amount of continuing nursing education credit hours offered with each module.

Workload and Timeline

ECCO 2.0 pilot testers will be responsible for completing one module and reporting their completion time. Each module varies in length from 2 hours to 16 hours. The pilot testers will have 4 weeks to complete the module and report the completion times.

Function of the Staff Liaison

The National Office Staff Liaison coordinates and facilitates the work of the group, including on-line communication, and provides follow-up information to the group as needed. This individual is your primary contact person for all questions, concerns and work related to your volunteer group assignment.

The Staff Liaison for the ECCO 2.0 Module Pilot Test Group is Mary Pat Aust. If you have specific questions about this group, she can be contacted at 800-394-5995 ext 245 or marypat.aust@aacn.org.
